Bronchoscopy with / without:
1. Bronchial washings, bronchoalveolar lavage
2. Endobronchial biopsy
3. Transbronchial lung biopsy (under fluoroscopy)
4. Endobronchial ultrasound guided transbronchial lymph node aspiration of intrathoracic lymph nodes (EBUS-TBNA).
Pleural ultrasound-guided thoracocentesis
Pleural ultrasound-guided chest tube drainage of pleural effusion or pneumothorax
CT-guided lung biopsy (through interventional radiology)
Spirometry with or without pre and post bronchodilator; others: slow VC
Six-minute walk test

Home oxygen therapy
Non-invasive ventilation including home CPAP and BiPAP
